Upon Request Housekeeping

Our complimentary housekeeping is now available by request. We know that comfort levels may vary when it comes to people entering your space.

Now you can simply contact the front desk to request a room cleaning or just a few extra towels.

Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and LXR properties continue to provide daily housekeeping as well as our properties in Asia Pacific.

However, when staying at any of our 18 brands you can tailor housekeeping services to your personal preference.

Food & Beverage

Our team members are committed to delivering exceptional food, drinks, and service. During this unique time, you may see adjusted restaurant hours, altered menus and methods of service, and slightly longer wait times. We appreciate your patience while we work to bring back the favorites you love while introducing you to some new menu items we think you will enjoy.

Social Distancing & Face Coverings

We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with regional health and government authorities about specific policies that may be in place at the location of your stay.

Travel Plan Flexibility

We realize plans change sometimes, and we want to give you flexibility so you can fully enjoy your stay with us. So, if necessary, you can now adjust or cancel most reservations up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Check your Confirmation Email for details on how to make changes. If you booked directly through the Hilton website or hotel, changes to your reservation can be made on or in the Hilton Honors app.
